Japanese Ivory Bird (tanager) Okimono - MUST SEE! This is a beautiful hand painted, hand carved ivory tanager. It is Japanese in origin, elephant ivory and believed to be crafted around or prior to 1940. It is in excellent condition with no damage. The detail of the artwork on this bird is incredible! This bird measures 1 in. tall by 2 in. wide by 1/2 in. wide. It would be a great addition to any collection. I will be listing more of these birds including a Spectacular Golden Eagle and Pheasant. This item was legally shipped to the U.S. and no International shipping will be available.
