Japanese metal box with shrine and dragon 1920s Taisho era NR #2488 Object : Japanese metal ("antimony") box from the Taisho period (1920s), wood-lined. Decoration : A shrine with a large gate in the foreground; a dragon and floral patterns. Size : 15.5 x 8.5 cm (6 x 3.5"). Marks : "Made in Japan". State : Excellent - no cracks, dings or repairs. Some signs of wear, consistent with ageNOTE: Sometimes we sell a set of items (e.g. five cups, six plates) one by one.
