Perhaps this item was made in last ditch era. That made with cheap materials generally. Metals are rusted, and stained cloth. Cap has some white stains so you look with picture. Rear strap breaks off in several places. Pin fixing a chin strap seems to be new. Inside circumference size is about 20.8 inch.I think item was unused.Terms of Sale Multiple purchases combine to save postage. I can offer to you registered mail and insurance mail.
