Offering Offerring are the Great Valuable Four Seasons (spring, summer, fall and winter) Japanese Water Color on Silk Scroll Paintings. They were from an estate sale. Couples (original owner) stationed in Japan during the World War II and brought some valuable things back to the U.S. We really do not know how old those paintings exactly are because t are no date that we can find but we were told at least 80 years or older. Those paintings are in excellent condition except t are few brown spots on the one painting (Winter, please see the picture) and they have been kept in the original wooden box since. All paintings were the work from the same artist with a clear signed signature on each painting. The lower end of scroll are made by ivory? but one fell off (see picture) which can be easily fixed by gluing it back. The one side of the wooden box is off also which can be fixed by gluing it back. The size of these paintings are big: 6 feet tall (183cm) x 11.5 inches (29cm) wide (no including Ivory? end) or 13.5 inches (34 cm) wide (including ivory? end .
