Antique Japanese Satsuma vase, turned into a lamp at a later date. Has been in the same family for 85 years, may well be older than that. Incredible condition, no chips or cracks. The base of vase has a gold leaf edge, one small section is worn this is shown in a photo, and is the only imperfection we have found. Gold leaf detail is amazing, from the ducks swimming in the lake to the geometric designs edging the top of vase. Vase will be insured during shipping. Vase is 12" tall. The walnut base is 1.5" tall and the entire lamp is 25" to the top of the finial. The lamp wiring works and both bulbs have a pull chain switch. Another on off switch is located on the cord.
