This is Japanese sword kozuka. The blade is signed "Inoue Shinkaiäº*ä¸SçoeYæ"¹, Edo period Ca.1700 era made blade. The blade is in out of polish and has minor rust on surface. The temper line and forging grain are not visible. T is no bend, no nicks, no crack temper and the cutting edge is sharp. The blade measures 4 1/2" tip to the neck and 8 1/4" tip to end of handle. The kozuka-bitsu (handle) is syakudo nanako-ji with ken-maki ryu design, small piece is peel off, no dents and no bend. Shipping is $6 priority in U.S and $25 overseas via express mail.
