A 21 1/8" Koto Chisai Katana in good condition. Made near the end of the 100 year war, many Katanas were small like this one. The proportions are so nice you can imagine this as being a 30" Tachi . Signed " Bishu Osafune Katsu Mitsu " on one side and " Bun Mei Roku Nen Ju Ni Gatsu Kichi Nichi ". It was made in 1476 . Condition overall is pretty good for a 531 year old sword . Has some hakobori (small edge nicks) but none are deep. The boshi is very strong with lots of temper line t 2 piece silver foil habaki grace it and it has some ha machi left. It comes with a round iron Tsuba with flower design. Please see photos and feel free to ask any and all questions. Thanks for looking!
