Here it is: a Japanese Tanto knife made from different parts/swords(homemade).Bought in Japan near Osaka a few years ago.

Overall length: 21"(53.3cm)

BLADE(cutting edge): 12"(30.5cm) Iron.Shortened(probably damaged) Katana or Wakizashi.Very nicely done.Old polish.No rust.Just patina.VGC.Very strong.SHARP !

TSUBA: Iron.Most likely EDO Period.Nice shape.Some surface(only)rust.Solid.GC.

TSUKA: 8 7/8"(22.5cm).Wood.Some damage to a Ray skin.Most of Ito is long gone.No FuchiKashira.Otherwise solid.

Very nicely balanced & handy Tanto. One(1) seppa missing.
