the japanese woodblocks i'm selling are the collection of a professor of literature who taught at college in japan for over 30 years. some of these were gifts, occasionally she purchased one in a shop. but never really collected as most do. most were gifts from ambassador women. i keep saying i'm listing for another week, month, etc. so the only way to do this is to stop. but first i'm selling some groups. you'll see a few singles, but mostly groups. these are two of my favorites. so beautiful. the crhysanthemums measure, 5 3/4" by 3 3/4". in very good condition. difficult to see, but there is a silver river in the background. the orange blossoms measure, 7" by 5 1/4". the right side has a faint crease along it, one quarter of an inch in. i can barely make it out. other than that,[which could be faulty vision on my part], this print is in very good all over condition.
