A rare museum quality J.A.S. Alcock Jr. Scinde pattern flow blue open vegetable bowl. It has no cracks, crazes, repairs or hairlines on it. It is circa 1840 and is 13 3/4" wide and 9 3/4" deep and 7" tall. The base is 6 1/2" by 4 1/4" and it weighs 4 1/2 pounds.. T are two handles and they are in perfect condition as well. This is quite a collector's item and one you will not find often in your lifetime in this condition. Because of the rarity and condition of this vegetable bowl, it will be double boxed and well insulated adding significant weight to it. Please be advised that I have factored that into the total weight to ship . You are purchasing this piece based on the photographs and description. If I have missed something in the description that is inconsistent with the photographs, please ask about it before you bid. I try very hard to list items accurately, but sometimes miss things. Please email me with any questions. Paypal is the preferred method of payment and payment is expected within five days after auctions end. Shipping is priority mail and calculated by your zip code. Insurance is required wi th this purchase. Payments made by cashier check or money order will be held for five business days before merchandise is shipped. I do not accept personal checks. Shipments outside of the United States must be paid by paypal and requires a $5.00 processing fee for shipping. Shipping charges outside the United States will be calculated at end of auction and will be based on the shipping conditions the buyer has made for this piece. I try to combine shipping costs whenever possible. Any special shipping conditions requested by the buyer will be honored at the expense of the buyer.
