This is an official Major League Rawlings Big Stick Bat autographed by Red Sox Captain, Jason Varitek. It's pedigree is as follows: my daughter, Paige Maile, is running in the New York City Marathon as part of the Boston Children's Hospital team. To secure a spot, she has pledged to raise $5000 for the hospital. Her husband, Luke, played this past year for the Durham Bulls. Kyle Snyder was the pitching coach for the Bulls and also played for the World Champion 2007 Boston Red Sox. Kyle has generously donated this autographed bat from his own memorabilia from his major league career for this cause. All proceeds from the sale of this item will go to the hospital.
