This Jax Beer animated sign is scarce and very collectible. In great condition, they bring high dollars. In this instance you have to take the good with the bad. The good part is that the sign is fully functional--it lights up and both the scrolling animation unit and the bubbler work. However, it has significant condition issues. The upper gold tinted trim piece is missing as well as a small trim piece that goes around the Jax logo. There is a bit of the front plastic missing/torn at the top of the front plastic, some moderate yellowing of the clear plastics and similar imperfections indicative of its age and use. Still this is a fun, neat looking sign--especially in a darkened room.
