This is an opportunity to acquire the September, 1970 issue of Jazz & Pop.

This is the magazine which has been most often requested of me by Jim Morrison fans. A low opening bid and NO RESERVE make this especially appealing.

I admit that I am pretty uninformed when it comes to the jazz part - it's the pop that I love! If you're like me, you will want this magazine.

So What's inside?

Jim Morrison - GREAT cover photo. PLUS... "Anatomy Of Rock", by Jim Morrison. 2 pages of beautiful photographs accompany this Morrison poem. AND... "Morrison Hotel Revisited"- 5 page feature article with rare live photos John Sinclair - Sinclair writes a letter to the editor from his cell at Marquette Prison! Pete Townshend of The Who - tremendous feature interview article by Ritchie Yorke. 4 page interview and Townshend gives great quotes, as always Gabor Szabo Interview Brethren - rare 3 page feature on this group that included Rick Marotta and Mike Garson "Pop Talk"- written by Patricia Kennely (Also known as Patricia Kennealy - Mrs. Jim Morrison !). Great writing! Around Town - reviews of gigs by The Who at The Met, Al Stewart and more Record reviews include The Flying Burrito Brothers, Jimi Hendrix, Dave Mason, Melanie, Pentangle, Rig, Poco, Jethro Tull, Tyrannosaurus Rex with Marc Bolan, The Who Live At Leeds, Edgar Winter and more. These are lengthy, serious reviews and make for great reading.
