Nice sounding computer speakers. Much better with the small subwoofer than with speakers without a sub. These speakers work great and are in very nice shape. I carefully checked them out and they work sound and look very nice. Upgrade from those small 2.0 computer speakers with these. You'll hear and feel the bass - and the mids and highs come through very well too. Comes complete with original power supply/cube and double ended male stereo mini plug for connecting to your computer's sound card. This even has a green LED light under each satellite speaker when its powered up. Speakers have about 6' of cord each so there is no problem with placement. Put em up to 12' apart if you wish.Controls for the speakers are a touch up/down volume control on the left hand speaker - and bass and treble on the sub module - those two little bullet shaped chrome knobs - and they do make a difference. Placement of the sub module is critical to prevent boomy bass - place it away from hard surfaces and anything that might vibrate. Quite powerful bass from such a small speaker.This can also be used to upgrade your TV's crappy speakers. You'll need a mini stereo (headphone) jack to connect the Creature to your TV.
