I previously bought these as a set to use as front of house speakers with my band, but then my band split up. They are currently of no use to me and that is the sole reason I am selling them. They are in full working order, one or two scuffs. More detailed pictures will be uploaded shortly.Great as a FOH speaker or a stage monitor, the active JBL PRX612M is a rugged and professional sounding 12" speaker that keeps portability on offer. Sounds great in any situation Thanks to a specially designed enclosure, the JBL PRX612M can be used vertically for standard front of house use or horizontally as a floor monitor. This dual-purpose design is also considered in the EQ section, mounted to the back of the speaker. You can easily switch between two settings and optimise the output to best suit either application.The two-way design of the JBL PRX612M consists of a 12" neodymium woofer and 37.5mm neodymium compression driver. These parts are then fed by a high quality Class D 2 x 500 watt Crown power amplifier. The on-board combo connector allows for connection of XLR or 1/4" jack leads to provide signal for the amp and an XLR out is also included. The previously mentioned EQ and other features such as limiting are taken care of by a DSP chip, giving you great sound with all the advantages of digital processing.
