Condition: Both knife and sheath are new, never used.This set is a historically authentic replica of a Nessmuk Skinner. This name comes from the woodsman George Washington Sears. He was given this name by a tribe of Native Americans that he lived with for a time. It means Wood Duck. It’s great for collectors and anyone who wants a hand made knife and sheath for a very reasonable price.These knives are sharp and they stay that way a long time. They are used by outdoorsmen all over the United States . He is a full time maker who has been in the knife business for over 20 years. I sell his products for the same price he does, I simply try to sell sheaths with them.This is a mini version of his standard skinning knife. It is also called a Nessmuk style skinner. Blade is 1095 high carbon steel and 3 1/4 inches long, 1 1/4 wide and 3/32 thick.
