This is for those who are not familiar with FIXED PRICE AUCTIONS. This is one price only and each ring is hand made to fit you after it is purchased and paid. You must have a validated ring size. This can be done before or after your purchase. Getting a good fit is more important than waiting a few days to get the size checked. Thanks so much. Brother John This is the same emblem as our other ring, but we made it with the new VHG design to give it a bit classier look. The Vertical & Horizontal Grooves make the ring shine when the light strikes it. You can see some of this in the photo. We still have the regular Eagle Scout ring without the grooves, butr if you prefer a bit more unique design that is scuplted by hand this is it. It may take a bit longer to make this beauty, but the grooves are emblematic of the work of the Eagle Scout w it simply TAKES MORE WORK to become an Eagle Scout. Remember, this ring is called... The Eagle Scout has acheived this honor due to great effort, study, phyical and mental dedication. We were all Boy Scouts and those times were invaluable in shaping us as better young men preparing to enter the world of men. T is no better start to life than to learn the lessons taught by becoming an Eagle Scout. This preparation is invaluable throughout life and those who achive it ought not forget the roots of success founded in their being an Eagle Scout first. The emblem is a hardened baked enamel that allows for very nice colors and detail in the ring. The emblem is affixed with a super Loctite structural adhesive especially suited for working with stainless steel. They rarely come off, but as anything in life it can happen. If that happens even years later you can send it back for a complete reconditioning. I really want you to know the ring you are getting. Honesty and trust were first learned in the Scouts. I treat a Scout as a Brother of a great Fraternal Organization that when I grew up was almost a right of passing. The ring is solid stainless steel through and through. We only have solid backed rings They are meant to last. If you have never experienced Scouting, join a local group and participate. It is great for our kids, our country and the traditions carried on through the Boy Scouts. Now it is offered on EBay to all those who are with me every day. " This is the ONLY solid stainless steel ring you will find ANYW because we are just two old vet's making these designs up as we go!" The ring is made of solid stainless steel and the emblem is affixed with Loctite's structrual adhesive for a permanent bond. This adhesive is actually better than soldering emblems to the ring as it has greater surface coverage for maximum adhesion. This ring is handmade one at time to fit the individual by a couple of aging Vietnam Vet's and Master Mason's working in two small rooms in their homes. Please await the time with patience for your ring. They are put in line "as ordered" to be fair to everyone. Everyone must wait from 4 to 6 weeks to have their ring made after ordering, so don't delay getting in line. The faster you make the purchase, the faster you will have this beautiful ring on your finger. If you have concerns about the emblem coming off, it can happen, but it rarely does.
