Payment and Shipping Notice : Be sure to read the payment and shipping requirements at the end of the auction description before bidding. Buyers with a percentile of less than 95% should not participate in this auction. Also, if you are a non-US buyer, you are responsible for any customs tax that may be imposed on the value of the item.

General Description : What is being offered for sale is a very collectible vintage cast art metal urn by Jennings Brothers. It is marked on the bottom as JB 1936. It is very high quality, quite ornate, and in beautiful condition. It has a wonderful rich patina, and though t are some areas w the finish is nicked or worn it is very elegant. The urn is very solid and heavy.

NOTE: Some of the pictures below show a greenish patch on the top of one of the handles. T is a slightly flat patch t, likely from the process of finishing the casting, but it is not green and it is barely noticeable in person. For some reason the camera picked it up strangely.

The urn stands 10 inches tall, 3 ½ inches wide at the widest point, and 3 inches wide at the base.

Guarantee : The urn can be returned for a refund of the bid amount if the seller is notified within 3 days of receipt (as determined by Delivery Confirmation) and the item is in the condition shown in the photos.

Payment and Shipment : All payments must be received by me within 7 days after the auction has ended. However, since I have a “no question return policy” and if the buyer is unable to make payment, he can simply cancel the auction before the item is shipped without any consequences.

IMPORTANT Shipping Details : US and non-US buyers pay for USPS priority mail, first class, or flat rate depending on the weight and size of the package and the value of the item (as indicated in the eBay “Shipping & Payments” section of the listing). For items over $1000, registered mail is recommended – but will likely require several additional days for delivery by the USPS. The carrier must be the United States Postal Service. Fedex, DHL, and UPS are not acceptable. T are NO handling or packaging fees for shipping. Delivery confirmation and insurance (if required) will be paid for by the seller.

Important Notice: If an item is purchased by a US or a non-US buyer and it can NOT be insured for its full value with the USPS, including the expensive Global Xpress Guaranteed (GXG), than the auction will be cancelled or the buyer can arrange for on-site pick-up. Repeat: Expensive items will NOT be shipped unless they can be fully insured with the USPS, which also means that the buyer will be responsible for any customs taxes that may be imposed on the “bid amount” of the item.

Second Chance Offer : I do not offer under bidders a Second Chance Offer unless it is through eBay and by wynne5040. If you receive such a notice, it is fraudulent and not from me. Be careful. T have been a number of attempts to resell my items. Only buy “through” eBay and only with the seller “wynne5040”. Note: I will on occasion, re-list an item with “Buy Now.” But that is within eBay and only with wynne5040.
