Jeweled Purse Frame For Beaded Bag

This very lovely jeweled purse frame is ideal for that antique beaded bag that needs restoration. It measures 6 3/8" wide from outside of hinge to outside of hinge, is 5 7/16" on the inside and is 3" long from the top of the frame (minus clasp) to the bottom of the hinge. Constructed of antiqued brass with a tiny floral and leaf embossed pattern overall, there is a central section of filigree work that has 3 bezel set, facetted stones (2 cobolt blue and 1 red). As you can see there is an ornate clasp that stands 3/4" tall, above the top of the frame and this too has a large 3/4" wide cobolt stone. A generous double chain is secured to the frame however it appears that the rings holding the chain to the frame, may be replacements.....they look newer to me. This frame is in excellent condition with a strong working clasp.
