This is curious Antique Hand-made & engraved Brass Plate with Magen David / Jewish Star & Arabic Script. It is 11.5" in diameter & weighs 13 oz. I do not know what is written in Arabic, but Jews in Arab countries, Syria, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Lybia, Yemen, etc. commonly used Arabic, even along with Hebrew in Synagogues. Rambam wrote in Arabic & so did many rabbonim & chahamim. Numerous artworks by Jewish artists with arabic inscriptions exist. This may be one of them. See my other cool items!
