This action is for a Jigglin George Exercise and Relaxation machine. It belonged to my uncle and appear to be in almost new condition. We wiped and sanitized it and only the smallest miniscle marks or superficial scratches remain. We tested it out and it worked perfectly on all fuctions including timer and 5 speeds. Sorry this does not come with additional paperwork or the original box. Although we don't have the booty pad but any pillow or cushion can be used. As a bonus we are including a new rotating seat cushion which is great to use under the buttocks. This was made by Rising Son Health Products. This is heavy and must be well packaged. Local pick-up is an option if you contact us immediately after the auction closes to let us know that's your preference.
