Handmade in the USA, constructed to last, made of top quality masonite and solid wood, this puzzle board measures 28.5 in long, 20.75 in wide and 1 in thick with a .25 in rail on two edges which keeps the puzzle in place. This puzzle board has 4 drawers that slide in out of compartments located beneath the top surface. Each drawer measures 13.25 in long, 9 in wide and .60 in tall with a wooden knob on the front. These drawers can be used for storing puzzle pieces, sorting puzzle pieces into shapes, colors or assembling small portions of the puzzle and then transporting it onto the main puzzle board surface. There is a strip of velcro installed on the back of the drawer and inside the drawer compartment that keeps the drawer in place while not in use.
