Jim Henson Special Edition Action Figure This Figure comes complete, unopened, in the original showcase packaging. The box show some slight wear, but is still very presentable. It has lived on my display shelf for years. Please see pictures to see condition of the box. It would make a wonderful addition to your Muppet figure display! Released: Fall 2004 Palisades Toys paid tribute to Jim Henson with this miniature replica of the Jim Henson Muppet banjo player from The Muppet Show’s Country Trio. A lot of care went into making this figure. Since the puppet didn't exist below the waist, Palisades researched Jim Henson's style of clothing to make sure the pants were right. The figure was packaged in a window box with pictures of Jim and al l the main Muppet characters. The figure was sold at the Muppets, Music & Magic event at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York City . Afterwards, it was offered for sale on the Palisades website. The Jim Henson Special Edition Action Figure comes complete with a number of accessories, including a "Jim Henson" directors chair, a microphone, a banjo, a copy of "Muppet Magazine," and a tambourine.
