For sale is a limited edition poster (originally printed in 1969) for a Jimi Hendrix concert in Stuttgart, Germany. This is a very famous rock poster, signed by the original artist Gunther Kieser and is included in the landmark book "The Art of Rock" (p.311). This limited edition run of 500 posters was originally licensed to ArtRock (San Francisco, CA.). This poster is numbered #228/500. This poster was a gift to me in the late 80's, and is in very good condition. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, and good luck!Dimensions are 25-3/8" x 36"....just for clarification, this is a licensed (authorized) reprint of this poster, with a limited run of 500 (#228). The original poster was made in the late 60's, and I do not know the exact year that this was printed (some time before 1988 or 1989 I believe...). The artist's signature (Gunther Kieser) is hand-signed, not a pre-print or replication. Also- the poster is not add in any way to the cardboard photographed in the background. Thanks & good luck!
