FOREIGN BIDDERS: It should be noted that additional postage is necessary from foreign bidders. A small handling fee of 75 cents may be added to actual postal costs. If you do not agree with these conditions, please do NOT bid. For POSTCARDS won by FOREIGN bidders, the general rule is that additional postage of $0.25 is required for Canada and $0.50 for European bidders. Other areas is usually $0.75.
