Y ou can't ask for any better assurances as to this ball's genuiness. Above his signature DiMaggio inscribed "A.L. M .V.P. 1941". Below his signature he inscribed "537", the number of this ball of the limited numbered edition. There is a light scratch to the right of the "7" in 537 .
