JOHAN 1/25-scale 1966 RAMBLER MARLIN FASTBACK MODEL CAR KIT with BOX This is just one of a number of different, original Vintage Model Car, Motorcycle, Hot Rod and Truck Kits that I currently have at Auction. No reserve on this very cool, Johan mid-1970s-issue 1/25-scale plastic 1966 Rambler Marlin Model Car Kit. Johan Kit #C-3666. Been sitting in smoke-free and, generally, dust-free storage for many years now and looks very sharp, as you may be able to see in the accompanying photos. The contents of this kit are just-about mint, unassembled and complete with all tires and wheels and the instruction sheet. The few things worth noting are a very light half-circle indentation on the rear window from one of the tires, presumably. I have seen way worse than this one and this one can get by without too much worry. The steering wheels is still on the sprue but has broken and will need a touch of glue to reassemble. Almost all of the many parts are all still on their sprues. The few parts that are off of their sprues are accounted-for. The instruction sheet calls for four clear headlight lenses, but not sure why, as the headlights are part of the front grille assembly and don’t need these lenses. The colorful box looks good but does show some edge wear on it in places. So while the contents are just-about mint, the Marlin box is not. Still looks good and displays well. Really a great kit of a great Rambler! Makes a wonderful addition to any collection! Sold "as-is"; please check out all of the photos carefully! Packages sent outside of the U.S. are generally sent as "USPS First Class Mail International Package". Due to past unfortunate experiences with Postal Inspectors and Custom’s personnel in some countries, however, packages to these countries will absolutely be sent as "USPS Priority Mail International". These countries include, but are not limited to, Italy , Mexico and all countries in South America and Central America . Canada has been no problem until quite recently. Lately, Canada Post has been VERY SLOW in their deliveries. So if you live in Canada and choose “First Class Mail International” instead of “Priority Mail International”, please be patient. Please know that I send packages to all of my customers promptly so if a package is slow in arriving to you, it is the fault of your country’s Customs or Postal personnel, and not my fault. I keep all of my Postal receipts but “First Class Mail International” does not allow any form of tracking, unlike “Priority Mail International” which does allow me to track your package for you, per PayPal/ebay’s recommendation. Therefore, any package that is sent to any country as “First Class Mail International”, and not as the recommended “Priority Mail International”, cannot be tracked and I will not be held responsible for its late delivery.
