***** 3X Beaver John B. Stetson Cowboy Hat, Montana Peak***** Item Description: ***** Tonight we are listing several vintage cowboy items including cuffs, holsters, spurs, Stetson hats, and a Cowboy's Favorite Vest and hat. We are always happy to combine on shipping to save you money. This auction is for a 3X John B. Stetson Cowboy Hat with a Montana Peak. It came from Fort Worth Texas, Heninger-Graves Co. (I think I am reading that correctly) Width is 12 1/2 inches. Length is 13 1/2 inches. Very wide hatband: almost 1 1/2 inches wide. Two great gold stampings on the inside band. 7 1/4" size. Heavy satin liner with a beaver and scroll emblem in black. We are guessing 1920's or 30's, but we don't know for sure.We do not like to use Reserve Auction prices, but prefer to have our 'must get' price right out in the open. ***** Condition: ***** Very good condition. Doesn't appear to have been worn much. Only very light sweat stains on the inside band. Slight bit of moth marks, mostly on the underside and not very deep.
