8 3/4" X 22" metal sign, porcelain finish possibly zinc coating on back?? Back stamp says "Deere & Company 1986 For collectors only Not to be displayed for advertising or identification purposes" t is a chip on the left top, the chip is about 1/4 inch by 3/4 inch, otherwise excellent condition; this finish holds up outside...my father-in-law owned a dealership (recently sold it) and had one on his shed just like this...still looked like new when he took it down this summer (except for a few small paint splatters from when he painted the shed); this one does NOT have paint splatters; it has brass grommets in the corners for hanging. It has been stored since purchased NEW. My dad also worked at the John Deere dealership and had bought 3 of these signs for collecting (2 vertical and one horizontal)...this is the last one. He has decided to sell them to help pay medical bills. The buyer did not follow through with payment last time I listed it. He decided he might keep it as they were resubmitting medical claims, but they were again denied...so still needs to sell.
