ANTIQUE JOHN DERBYSHIRE Pressed Glass Figure "BRITANNIA" Design Regd. 1874 No Reserve Rare John Derbyshire pressed glass figure of "Britannia" Bearing the makers mark of "JD" with an Anchor, along with a Registration Diamond that dates the design to 1874. Looks absolutely stunning when lit from below, or in fact from any direction. .................................. Condition Overall good antique condition, apart from a few small chips & flea-bites around the base and on the plume of the helmet. There is also what looks like a small burst air bubble on her right arm. This probably occured during the making. I have taken extreme close-up pics of the biggest chips which look worse in my photos than they actually do in real life. The figure displays really well. Any light marks are due to lighting or flash. Please see photos for condition. .......................................
