It was sent around the world, and was returned from Norway, as can be seen from the address and cancelled stamps upon the back.ALSO -- this copy comes with the rare PRICE LIST CARD dated 1971, we have only had ONE of these to sell, and just the CARD ALONE sold for nearly $30 last year. The card is included with the booklet in this auction.Last year, the only green copy of this catalog that we had for sale sold for nearly $500....without the extra card!These are EXTREMELY RARE booklets.
