I own a mafia themed restaurant with one of a kind items featured like Al Capone's Cigar Desk, signed autographs from most of the stars in movies like The Godfather I, II, III, Casino and Goodfellas along with other costumes and props from those movies as well. Also we have a Rat Pack section of personal items as well. The items being auctioned off are unable to be displayed at our restaurant as it is filled to capacity at the moment. Up for auction is a beautiful pair of silver cufflinks engraved with a "G" owned and worn by Gambino Boss John Gotti. These cufflinks come from an estate auction held by Tracey DeSimone, relative to Tommy DeSimone, Joe Pesci's character in "Goodfellas". Tommy would often visit his relative in West Haven and had his private room w he conducted his business and had his own personal mafia collection. These engraved cufflinks were part of set. The cufflinks are an exact match in cut and design to a John Gotti m oney clip I had purchased and recently sold (see pic below). The money clip was given directly to Jim Smith, who was Mickey Cohen's right hand man. Jim Smith knew many notable mafia figures like John Gotti, Mickey Cohen, Meyer Lansky and Tony Spilotro, to name a few. Jim Smith still sells mafia owned items on ebay to this date.
