This auction is for a terrific replica of the John Hancock Center with extended base by Howard Model's Precision Replica division. It would make a fine addition to any mini building collection! Measures 3 1/4" x 1 3/4" x 7 1/2" The building and extended base are in terrific condition. The flaw on this building is on the base w the wording of "Chicago 1969" T is a small bit of pitting; the #9 in 1969 is too thick; the line isn't perfect and you can hardly read "Precision Replica" I tried to take a good photo showing this side. Please review the photos. Also - as I just took another look at all the words on the base the word "Architect" under Skidmore, Owings & Merrill is a bit faint. Howard Models sells these for $275. 's your chance to get a great replica at a fraction of the price. Email with any questions. Shipping is USPS Flat Rate Box $8.95. Insurance can be included if asked for by winner.
