If you are located outside the US, you HAVE TO purchase registered mail (with return receipt w available) ON ANY FORM OF PAYMENT. This international policy is only temporary, but registered mail is REQUIRED for now...NO EXCEPTIONS! S/H is $4 for US and $15 for international. International includes registered mail and confirmation (w available); registered mail to all countries provides no insurance but includes tracking information for your package. All items are shipped sercurely in a bubble envelope. I now combine both shipping and insurance on all sports cards auctions, with insurance being the total price of cards won and shipping being $2.00 per additional card auction!
