Here's your shot at a rare beauty that just walked into my shop here in Minnesota! This gorgeous 1967 John Roseboro road jersey has it all going on! No repairs. No alterations except for one button being re-threaded with black thread instead of white! simply an amazing 1967 Set #1 Rawlings size 44 Road Grey Flannel from this 6 time All-Star and two time Gold Glover's final season with the Los Angeles Dodgers! Comes with his original 1967 Topps Baseball card! We have provided 12 images of this jersey for your viewing pleasure! John spent 11 years with the Dodgers, one of them in Brooklyn before they moved out East. In L.A. John was a key cog in four trips to the World Series, helping the Dodgers win three of those Championships! John then spent a couple years with my Twins earning another trip to the All-Star game before ending his career in Washington! Nobody felt the heat of the Dodgers/Giants rivalry more than John Roseboro in 1965. The durable and dependable backstop experienced the Giant's mutual hate from the very early days of it's New York-born history. Just one-half game separated the teams from first place on August 22, 1965, Roseboro became the victim of one of the game's ugliest moments.
