Up for your consideration is this quickly sold out edition from aviation artist John Shaw titled " A Higher Call'. This is artist proof print #30 of just 150 prints. The print is signed by both the American pilot (Charles Brown) and the German pilot (Franz Stigler) depicted in the print. This edition also includes many extras including a black and white photo of each pilot, a companion print signed by an additional two pilots, a magazine with the full story of the scene depicted and last, but certainly not least-an authentic piece of B-17 skin from an original WWII B-17 with the original wartime paint still on it! All these items are included in the price of the auction. The print is in excellent condition with one minor edge flaw about 3/4" shown in the photo section. The print also includes a highly descriptive COA. This print is being sold as-is and returns will not be accepted. The print will be shipped rolled in a heavy duty art tube.
