Rare John Stobart Nantucket Sleigh Ride Limited Print Description : This is a very rare original John Stobart Print, hand signed and numbered by the artist. Unlike almost all his other prints that depict harbor scenes, this one is of whalers hunting a whale on a small boat. I could not find this print being sold anyw else so it was difficult to set a fixed price, so we are listing it at auction. We recently purchased this from an estate collection of a gallery owner in Dallas. Print is in excellent condition, and is framed as shown with the original frame. 488/750. (T are some reflections in the photos, no flaws with the print)Frame measures 30" x 25 3/4". Image size 22 1/2" x 17 1/2" (shown) Shipping : Shipping is charged at or below our cost.
