This auction is for an Impressive, Perfect Big Covered Soup Tureen . It is in the Popular His Majesty pattern, decorated with a Magnificent Tom Turkey on each side. It is made by Johnson Brothers , a Division of Wedgwood. The Tureen is 10 inches in diameter, 13 inches handle-to-handle and 4 3/4 inches deep. The swirled/scalloped edged Lid measures 9 3/4 inches in diameter & the whole thing is 8 inches High. It Holds a whole Gallon+ ! (I filled it with water from a measuring cup!) This piece will make a Fitting Centerpiece or Highlight for your Table or Buffet! It is New & in Perfect Condition , w/ no Chips, Cracks, or Crazing! It is appropriately marked on the bottom as you can see from the photos. It Comes in its' Original Box!
