These are (2) beautiful vintage original oil paintings of Harbor scenes with fishing boats by the mysterious artist W. Jones. I acquired two paintings by the same artist from a prominent estate. Both are in identical frames. These are (2) Impressionistic works 29" x 26" including the frame. Both the paintings and frames are in great condition. The artist's paintings were all prior to the 1970's. His paintings have been attributed to be from the early to mid 20th century. There are other original oils available from this artist online. I found one at Wilder Fine Arts with an asking price of $7,500. Another by W. Jones in the same impressionistic style available on eBay for $6,000.
