Vaseline Glass Sherbet Fruit Cup Advertising Jooj JOOJ JULEPPED ORANGES YELLOW VASELINE GLASS SHERBET FRUIT CUPS (2) Vaseline Glass Collectible Sherbert Fruit Cup I am pleased to offer this pair of beautiful Vaseline Glass Dixie Bottling Company Sherbet Fruit Cup Advertising Premiums. They measure 4" tall and 3-1/2" in diameter across the rim. These dishes have a tulip style rim and a octagon pedestal base and are marked on the bottom with the Rosso Glass Keystone logo. The sherbert was used to promote JooJ Orange Drink that was made by the famous Dixie Bottling Works. The mold dates back to 1917 as verified by a original JooJ Orange Drink paper advertisement published in 1917. The paper Advertisement is not for sale but I have included a copy for you to view. This mold had not seen the light of day for 90 years. It was handmade in the USA by Mosser Glass in Ohio. The mold was sold after Westmorland closed to Summit Art Glass which is no longer in business. Rosso Glass now owns the mold and it has been made in very limited numbers.
