You are bidding on brand new in box, uninked, Jorg Hysek Black Lacquer Fountain Pen With 18kt Medium Nib . The pen is a cartridge/converter filler and come complete with box and papers, cartridge, converter and black leather pen holder. The unique and slick styling will turn many heads. A bit about Jorg Hysek : Jorg Hysek was born on 14th May 1953 in East Berlin. His family moved to Geneva, Switzerland, in 1960 as political refugees, just before the erection of the Berlin Wall. After two years studying micro-mechanics at the Bienne Technicum, he enrolled in art school in Germany. In 1973, his passion for sculpture brought him to study at the London Academy of Arts for two years. Back in Switzerland, he started working in the design department of Rolex, w he stayed four years. He then decided to create his own design company, Hysek Styling. In 1984 he won the Grand Prix of Geneva for a cuff watch designed for Vacheron Constantin; in 1985 he won the Jury's Mention for a pocket watch designed for Jean Lassale.
