JOSEF ORIGINALS "Mama & Mary Ann" These are my favorite and very hard to find in this condition! is Mama & Mary Ann with matching pastel green dresses with white shading and lavendar bows tied in the back. Mama has gold ribbon in her hair and is carrying a straw hat adorned with gold and roses. Her dress has 3 little rosebuds & gold on the collar. Mary Ann has a rose with gold accents on her dress and a matching headpiece. She is trying to catch a butterfly fluttering in front of her. The little wire that holds the butterfly suspended in air is still intact. Neither one has a Josef Originals or name label but Josef Originals is lightly incised on the bottom and Josef Originals is stamped in black on the underside of both dress hems. Previously someone has placed 4 little felt rounds on the bottom of Mary Ann, these can be removed. T is one tiny paint flake on one of Mary Ann's fingers that has been touched up. It is just a dot and is not noticable at all, I just wanted to mention it. These are in wonderful vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. T is very light glaze crazing which is so common in the older figurines. Mama stands 7 1/2" tall to the top of her bow and Mary Ann is 4 ' tall to the top of her rose.
