This piece is a RARE FIND due to its size, age and beauty and is an original Oil on Panel that was signed by VERY WELL listed artist Joseph Newman (1890-1979) who is listed in the Davenport, Artprice, Askart and many other art indexes. This is an original Oil on Panel of Museum Size & Quality Measuring approx 2 1/2 Feet Wide and Over 2 Feet High that depicts a beautiful Botanical Floral Still Life Musical Instruments Table Setting Interior Scene which was done in great detail in both color and clarity with distinctive charcaterstics of the beautiful Flower Pedals that are beautifully splayed in a nicely rounded vase withe all the various flowers that have nice shades of tonalism in a Beautiful Interior Scene with a nice Musical Instrument and various object and Decor of Furniture Set in the background that Newman was known so wel for doing and this is one of his larger paintings which is very hard to find on Ebay especially with NO reserve. The painting was very well done with all the beautiful color tones that were very well blended and gives the painting much character. This could be the artists form of expression of Warmth, Purity, Beauty, Tranquility, Tradition, Heritage, Family, Memories and could mean so many things to so many different people.
