Hi, up for auction is a rare Journey Into Mystery with the Mighty Thor Annual 1 from 1965. It is a clean book with nice gloss, tight spine with nice edges and corners, nice back cover with some wear and nice pages and I would put this easily in the at least Fine+ range but I will let the buyers decide as always all my auctions start at $.99. The Thor fan will love this copy and I have provided large scans and the item depicted is the item you will receive so t are never any surprises. I have used CGC graded books that I have either traded for or bought on ebay to establish the grading standards that these companies have set for this hobby as I am not a fan of them but many are so I needed to know w their lines are drawn in terms of grading for selling my raw books. Anyone who is familiar with these grading companies know that they are not the most consistent at times as I have seen 9.2's that look nicer and I have seen 9.6's that look no better than 9.0 so I understand buyers remorse when they buy books that are overgraded, raw or 3rd party graded (as I only turned to buying graded books online due to be taken so many times when books were described as NM and were vf or worse so again I do understand from a buyers point of view as I was a collector not a seller or dealer so I do understand)so you will be very satisfied with these books and my feedback speaks for itself as my grading will be conservative. I will be selling off my deceased Father's books that he personally bought himself and I inherited and continued to collect for sometime and it just has come to that point w it is time to sell. I will detail the books and state its history so that the buyers know w the books have come from and can feel confident that they are receiving a well preserved book that has been untouched in anyway. Items will be packaged with extreme care (as the worst is when a seller does not pack a book appropriately and it gets damaged in transit and they tell you that insurance was not purchased so again I do understand)and shipping charges include express/priority mail, tracking and insurance for the safety of both parties.
