:Poster advertising 1978 Joy Division concert This is one of a few posters I recently got from someone who worked at the Mayflower back in the 70s and 80s. There were only a few of this gig poster apparently printed where Joy Division were featured as the main band.Many more were printed with Emergency as the main band, This poster is complete writing wise but the corners are missing and it has been repaired with sellotape on the back in a couple of places. To prove the provenance of these posters , I show the back of another poster the same that is signed and endorsed "great gig" by Peter Hook Please note the Peter Hook signed poster is not for sale in this auction but one of the same age is
