This is a movie version Judge Dredd helmet based on the Dredd 2012 film. Couple of things worth mentioning for this helmet, first is that it's made of fibreglass. Fibreglass gives you light weight, high strength, and the ability to take a pretty solid knock if necessary. Drop a resin helmet, and it might be all over...as in all over the floor, in pieces. This will hold together. It's been lightly weathered in any case, so a few knocks won't do it any harm even if you do drop it! Second thing to mention is the the badge on this helmet is cold cast brass that has been sanded and polished to a high shine. No paint to wear away here! If you find it's looking a little worse for wear, then some metal polish will bring it right back to shiny and new looking. And yes, you can definitely wear it. The inner diameter of the helmet is around 27" (69cm). It will come lightly foam padded, but this is just to make it wearable right out of the box. You might want to fine tune it for your own head.
