If you leave us a 1 or 2 star rating on eBay's DSR system, we cannot see that you have done that, and so we have no way to know what, if anything went wrong for you, so that we might resolve the issue. If you've had fewer than 400 transactions during the previous 3 months, but more than 400 transactions during the previous 12 months, you need to have no more than 0.50% of 1 and 2 ratings in any category in the last 12 months. If you've had fewer than 400 transactions in the last 12 months, you can have 2 or fewer instances of 1 and 2 ratings. If your rating falls below the minimum standards you can face limits on your selling activity or suspension.” Kindly consider that a lower 1 or 2 rating represents a very high percentage when we do not receive positive feedback from all our happy buyers. This is a 1948 phonograph made by the IDEAL toy company...looks similar to a real jukebox but is a kiddie phonograph...has a 4" Speaker that faces up ... Plays 78 RPM records only...up to 12" records. Beautifully molded marbleized sculptured bakelite plastics, lights up and lights blink. 2 tube electronic amplification with volume control. 16" high, 13" deep, 14" wide".A BIT OF TRIVIA...The Bing Crosby Junior Jukebox was announced to the public in Chicago, Illinois on November 28, 1948. "Christmas was just around the corner, and for many children, this Christmas will be jukebox time. The Ideal Novelty and Toy Company, New York, is introducing, via retail merchants throughout the United States, a Junior Juke Box which was developed by the Bing Crosby Research Foundation" In addition to its colorful yellow and "marbleized" plastics, the sides of the Junior Juke are tin metal painted with a cartoon design motif.
