"JULIE ANN" ~ SHREVE ISLAND PLANTATION DRESS-UP DOLL Original Box With Outfits ~ Excellent Condition! A Rare Vintage Doll That Would Be Great To Add To Your Collection! we have several listings this week for collectible dolls, with more to come in the future. We have a 100% positive feedback rating and a good return policy, also described below. Please . This listing is for a charming little dress-up doll named Julie Ann. She was made on the Shreve Island Plantation in Louisiana. We think these dolls date back at least to the 1930's, but we are not sure of the age of this particular Julie Ann. Our sweet little girl is made of hard plastic. There are no joints - she is all one piece. Her facial features are hand painted, as are her shoes and socks. In addition to the red dress she is wearing, she comes with four other dresses and one set of panties.Each of the pieces ties in the back with strings. SIZE Small: Julie Ann is only 3 3/4 inches tall.CONDITION Doll, clothes and box all in excellent condition. Whenever we found references to Julie Ann, they all indicated that she is very collectible, and we did not see her for sale very often.
