Mowgli scales the elephants backs and plays king of the jungle. This unique teapot was only available in the 90s at the Disney Gallery. Cardew, located in England, creates stunning teapots with beautiful detail and craftsmanship. This series, created for the Disney Gallery stores, spared no expense as each piece is wrought with great care and the detail on each sculpture is exquisite. These have become incredibly hard to find and I'm giving mine up simply because I have no space to display it and it should be admired! This piece is stamped and individually numbered on the bottom of the teapot. New in its original box, its never been removed or displayed. T are a few fine hairline cracks (crazing) on the elephants. Measures 8"H x 6"W. We also have more teapots from this lovely series, including Beauty and the Beast, Lady and the Tramp, the Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, and 101 Dalmations.
