This very different bottle and its presentation will look terrific as a featured piece of your whisky collection! Don't let this slip by!A different type of whisky bottling is presented for your consideration. Justerini & Brooks' J.E.T. 12 year blended scotch whisky. This bottling is a blended whisky and not the usual single malt that I generally offer. Also, J&B's JET is especially hard to find stateside - especially with the pouring stand. Supposedly the number one selling scotch in Korea, J&B JET is a blend of 12 year old (at the minimum) single malts. I have no idea what the general make-up is, but I would guess that it contains various Justerini & Brooks brands such as Knockando or others from the Diageo product line. The production code on the side of the bottle dates it to 2004, I believe, and it has been quietly shelved since then. It is a screw-top and foil sealed bottle that is 1.75 LITER in volume and is also labeled at 43% ABV. A very interesting find and a cool black bottle and label, I don't really know much more about this item. One bit of speculation that I've seen is that it may be actually a 'vatted' malt meaning it is a blend of whiskies that has had no grain whisky added as many other blends have. The pouring stand you see with the bottle and box is most certainly included. It is a heavy gage wire rack that pivots back and forth allowing for the smooth pouring of the contents. It is a sturdy frame that holds the bottle and is in excellent shape. The pouring motion is smooth and sure. If you have any questions, feel free to ask and I'll help as much as I can.
